It is a rental search portal covering all of Victoria that helps renters find their next home, understand their school catchment zones and transit routes, compare suburbs and schools side by side, and — when they are ready — take their first step toward ownership through T2O's buyer's agency and shared equity services.

I'm Saptharishi — known to my clients as Saptha — a fully licensed estate agent based in the Wyndham area of Victoria. I founded T2O Property Solutions and UnlockHome to solve a problem I witnessed firsthand: hardworking people being locked out of home ownership not because they couldn't afford a mortgage, but because the deposit barrier was insurmountable.

My background spans real estate and data science, which means I approach every client engagement with both market intuition and analytical rigour. I don't just show you properties — I research the suburb-level yield data, the school catchment zones, the growth indicators, and the holding costs before making any recommendation.
As a dual buyer's and renter's agent, I work across the full property spectrum: finding rental properties for people relocating from interstate or overseas, representing first home buyers at negotiation and auction, advising investors on SMSF-compatible acquisitions, and managing properties for landlords who want a genuinely hands-off experience.
I also founded the Tenants Agent Institute — an online coaching platform training other real estate professionals in tenant advocacy and relocation assistance. TAI graduates form the backbone of UnlockHome's Property Viewer network, attending open homes and delivering inspection reports on behalf of remote buyers and renters.
T2O Property Solutions operates under 3T Works Pty Ltd, a licensed real estate agency with offices at 1/44 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030. All services are conducted in full compliance with the Estate Agents Act 1980 (Vic) and applicable consumer protection legislation.
