Unsuccessful applications are destroyed within 30 days of the property being leased (or 6 months if you opt in to profile retention below). You have the right to access, correct, and request immediate deletion of your identity documents at any time via your profile page. Our digital forms are compliant as prescribed by the Victorian Government's new residential rental law changes introduced in March 2026.
